Next time you call the office, you may hear one of the two new voices here at Generator Power Systems. Candee Williamson and Savannah Prinz. They’re both here to help us continue delivering the integrity-based customer service you’ve come to expect from Generator Power Systems.

Meet Candee Williamson

Customer care matters to Candee who wonders if it is a dying art.

“Good products only take a company so far,” Williamson says. “A company can only reach its full potential by taking excellent care of customers. That’s what attracted me to Generator Power Systems.”

Customer service is one of Candee’s passions. Maybe that’s because she got her start working with people at an early age. When she was “about 18,” Candee says she started working behind the bar at the Brown Bag Saloon in Victoria. The experience taught her a lot about working with people.

Candee went on from there to be a model and a model agent before earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and putting it to work as a military police corrections officer in the United States Army. She still uses those skills today watching over her two sons, ages 9 and 20.

“The thing about Generator Power Systems customers is they’re loyal,” Candee says. “The Fish’s 30 year impeccable history is why customers stay with them for years.”

Meet Savannah Prinz

Generator Power Systems is almost a family affair for Savannah. We contract with her father-in law for installation of our generator pads. He also frequently delivers our generators for installation.

When he heard we were looking for help in the office, he told Jim that Savannah seemed a perfect fit. After visiting with her, we agreed!

Before joining us, Savannah worked in the safety department of a trucking firm. She made sure drivers had the right permits and insurance when driving state to state.

These days you’ll find Savannah helping coordinate our crews and customers, making sure permits are in place. She’s also the first face you’ll see when you visit Generator Power Systems.

“It’s a great working environment,” Savannah says. “I honestly enjoy coming to work. It feels good knowing I’m helping our team keep on track for our customers. ”

When she gets home, Savannah has another job she enjoys: mom. Like Candee, she has two sons—just slightly smaller. Andrew Jr. is 3 and Aiden just turned one in March.

Together, Candee and Savannah help us deliver on our promise of providing you with integrity-based service. We’re glad to have them on our team.
