Who’s got your back-up’s back?

Nobody knows when bad weather will strike, nor when your power will go out. That was the case for hundreds of thousands of Houstonians who recently lost power recently due to fast-moving storms.

Now, consider this: when needed, about a third of standby generators will fail—usually for reasons that could have been easily handled if you knew. That’s why monitoring your generator truly is a full-time job.

How often do you check?

While your generator runs a test every week, how often do you take time to check on it? If you’re like most of us, you’re busy with other things, meaning that automatic generator gets forgotten—until it’s needed.

“It’s only natural that it slips your mind because it is so automatic,” says Jim Fish. “But, it is a mix of engine, electric, and gas that should get regular attention.”

Peace of mind around the clock

That’s why we created PowerPulse24. Using GPS and wireless technology, PowerPulse24 tracks your system’s vital indicators and relays the data to a secure online monitor center.

Not only does it monitor, PowerPulse24 also sends email or text updates every time your generator starts. If there’s a problem, you’ll be alerted to it. So will we: PowerPulse24 can also send us an alert. May times we swing into action before you even know there’s a problem.

Proof of performance makes the case

“When storms took the lights out across the northern part of Houston recently, every PowerPulse24-monitored generator started and ran perfectly,” reports Yvonne Fish. “Our only service calls came from folks without PowerPulse24—but, most of them now have it!”

PowerPulse24 works on every kind of generator–and other powered equipment as well. In fact, if it has a motor, PowerPulse24 can monitor it for you, automatically, 24-hours a day.

Think of it this way: If your generator is a backup power supply, then PowerPulse24 is a backup for your backup. It’s one way to be certain your backup has your back next time the lights go out.

I purchased a generator from you last summer and just refered my mother in law “Joan Lotzof to you. Fish is coming over Thursday to her home to size and quote her generator. I would like a quote for the Power Plus 24 to be added to my generator as well. Can you offer me a quote for it and a price for monitoring it. I would also like to know how many times a year do I need a technician to come and service it and what the service charge is. Best Regards, Donald Mullins
